Opak offers a free 2-3 working day delivery service throughout UK Mainland (See exclusions below), Although we state 2-3 days delivery, 85% of our deliveries are received the next working day If ordered by mid day.
Our 2-3 day delivery starts from the day after order received, ie an order placed on the Monday will be delivered Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Excluding weekends and bank holidays.
We deliver throughout the UK Mainland, excluding the following Scotland post codes, that we currently do not service -
HS, KW, IV, AB, ZE, PA, PH, DD, KA27-28Free delivery on orders over £35.00 excluding vat. For orders below this amount a £3.99 + vat delivery charge will be added.
All delivery times are subject to stock availability, and transport/courier delivery times. Opak reserves the right to alter delivery times without notice, and cannot be held responsible for own/third party delivery delays. For orders being shipped on pallets an extra day for delivery may be required. Receipt Of Goods
Upon receipt of deliveries, please check quantities are correct with no shortages, and goods are not damaged, If either is found, it must be noted upon signing for the goods. Please notify us by email with any problems within 3 working days. We will endeavour to correct the situation asap. If able to do so, Please take a picture.
Returns & Refunds
If upon receipt of goods you decide they are no longer required, for any reason other than damage/shortages (which should have been signed for upon delivery)please email us within 7 working days from receipt of goods requesting return of all or part of the order. We will at our discretion issue a returns note number.
It will be at your cost and responsibility to return the goods to Opak within an agreed time (usually 3 working days). They must arrive with us in the original packaging fit for resale, Quantities complete and in good order which will be determined by Opak. If your return is approved, we will refund the original purchase price for goods returned. Less the original delivery cost incurred by Opak delivering the order to you, And less a 10% handling charge. We will refund to the credit card used for the purchase (Or original method of payment) usually within 7 working days (Depending on your card issuers policy).
Please ensure you use a carrier to return the goods that gains a signature upon delivery. If returning goods are lost, or arrive with Opak damaged or short, we will not be able to issue a refund. Prices All prices stated are excluding vat Opak Ltd reserves the right to adjust prices due to unforeseen cost of materials, transport etc. This also applies to website errors (if any) stating incorrect prices, quantities and general description. The company will notify the buyer prior to dispatch of order, giving the buyer the opportunity to cancel the order in part or full.
